Our expanded service areas include outdoor patio dining with fire pits and lounge seating. We offer sports television, pool, foosball and other gaming options, as available in your local area. Our menu is crave-worthy and eclectic, featuring Mexican/American foods that appeal to a wide audience. During the day we are family friendly. In the evening we are perfect for couples and friends gathering.

- Q. How much space do I need for a CravingCave bar & grill?
- A. Between 3,000 and 4,200 square feet with adequate parking and drive by traffic. We have specific site criteria which will help you evaluate real estate that would be a good fit for your CravingCave.
- Q. How long does it take to open?
- A. You should be able to open in as few as 6 to 9 months, it depends on how quickly you complete pre-opening steps and training.
- Q. Do I have to be an owner operator?
- A. No, while we want our owners to be involved. Some may hire a general manager to oversee back of house operations, while owners focus on front of house, marketing, development and management.
- Q. Can I own more than one restaurant?
- A. A. Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple restaurants. We offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to additional restaurants.
- Q. How many employees are needed to operate the business?
- A. Typically between 12 to 17 employees, the number per shift depends on traffic to the restaurant during t
- Q. Do I need to have an executive chef?
- A. No, but you do need a head chef to lead the team. Our menu is streamlined, with recipes that are easy to create with line cooks, food runners and a prep team.
- Q. I see you have gambling/gaming, is that part of the model?
- A. It depends on where you open. We will work with you on the options available in your area for entertainment and games that fit the market where you have decided to open
